This database contains peptides in proteins of known three-dimensional structures in the PDB that represent combination of the beta-turn and gamma-turn structural motifs. The PDB entry, protein chain, protein name. peptide length and location in the protein chain are indicated. The type of the individual beta-turn or gamma-turn is also available.
