This database contains information on the different types of beta-propeller structural motifs observed in proteins of known three-dimensional structures in the PDB. The number of strands associated with each blade of the beta-propeller is mentioned. The total number of residues in the proteins and the start and end residue positions corresponding to the beta-propeller are indicated.
