For submission of online applications the candidates are required to pay a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees ONE Hundred Only) through State Bank Collect only. The transaction number generated after successful payment of fee is required to be mentioned in the online application. The candidates are advised to download the E-receipt (SB Collect receipt) and preserve it.

The following details must be mentioned on the backside of printed copy of generated acknowledgement of remitted application fee.

The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Women/CSIR Employees/Abroad Candidates category are exempted from payment of application fee.

Steps for SBCollect online payment

• Login with Registration ID and Password to access the application form and fill the information.
• The Online Application Form has 6 pages

• Candidates should fill the correct information and will be held responsible for any typographical or other errors in data feeding. Later no request will be entertained for correction.
• Before filling the Online Application Form, Candidate has to:
  1. Keep the scanned copy of clearly visible recent passport size color photograph.
     Scanned Picture requirements:
     • Photograph should be a recent picture
     • Picture should be taken in bright light and have full face view. The person in picture should face the camera and looking the camera
     • The face in the picture taken should not have sunglasses, head scarf etc
     • Persons wearing spectacles should take the picture with spectacles having clear plain glasses. Spectacles should not have dark or tinted glasses. The picture should not have glare on the spectacles.
     • Dimensions of the picture should be 300px width, 400px height (3:4 ratio) and maximum 100kb size in .jpg format
  2. Keep the scanned copy of signature.
     Scanned Picture requirements:
     • The candidate himself should sign with a black pen and scan the image.
     • The scanned picture should be clearly visible and should not have any image distortions in length and breadth
     • The scanned picture should match with the signature made on printed Application Form and Datasheet
     • Dimension of scanned picture should be of 160px width X 40px height (4:1 ratio) and maximum size 100kb in .jpg format
• Candidates can Login any number of times and navigate across the pages 1 to 5 to fill or update information. Please use "Save Details" button to preserve the filled in information.
• After filling information in all the pages, please click the "Final Submit" button in 'Final Submission' Page to submit the application
• Please note that once application is submitted, candidates will not have access to edit any information in Online Application Form. Hence, candidates have to ensure that they complete the application form in all respects with correct details and verify it before submitting.
• After final submission of the online application form, candidate has to click "Download Application Form in PDF" button and "Download Datasheet in PDF" button of the application and take print of it.
• Candidate has to put the date and signature at the space provided on the hard copy of application form and datesheet.
• Candidates has to send the duly signed application form along with all required supporting self attested documents and latest passport size colour photograph to the Address mentioned in the advertisement on or before Feb 28th, 2020.
• Online applications without receipt of hard copy of the same will be summarily rejected
